It's in the perfect location, right in the heart of downtown and by the ferry. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was plentiful, with ample off-street parking directly across the way.
Nothing, it was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay in a comfortable room with great bedding. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to everything of interest. Being close to shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the city. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town, close to many shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the ferries. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the convenient parking options available nearby. Transportation was made easy with the ferry just steps away from the hotel. And the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Everything was perfect - from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful view of the water from my upgraded room. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of downtown. I loved being able to walk just a few minutes to all the shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. It was so nice to have a refrigerator in the room, and the windows allowed me to enjoy the soothing sounds of the water fountain and ocean at night.
